About us

Wyong Shire Food Services Inc. is a non profit organisation providing frozen home delivered meals (Meals On Wheels) and Community Restaurants to all areas in the Wyong Shire. These services are available to frail, aged, younger disabled people and their carers.

Our Services

Our caring volunteers deliver meals to clients every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

You can choose from the following to make up your meal:

Standard Meal (330gm) – $5.30
Small Meal (200gm) – $4.10 (this meal includes vegetables)
Mini Meal (210gm) – $3.10 (this meal includes pasta/rice but not vegetables)
Dessert – $1.25
Soup – $1.20
Small Juice – $0.60

We hold Community Restaurants at Bateau Bay every Tuesday and Thursday and a Community Restaurant at Wyong every Friday.

The Restaurants offer social support and respite for carers. The restaurant offers clients morning tea, hot lunch, dessert and beverages and entertainment.

Community Restaurant Meal – $7.00
Community Restaurant Transport – $6.50

These prices are kept as low as possible to ensure affordability for all clients.

Delivers are made to all of the Wyong Shire.

Delivery Times

Deliveries are made Monday, Wednesday and Friday between the hours of 10.30 and 12.00.

How to pay

The preferred payment method is by direct debit from the client’s bank account.

More Information

Frozen meals are delivered to the door of our client’s homes.

Deliveries can provide meals for the full seven days. Clients decide the number and items of their choice.

A four week cycle menu changes seasonally and includes over eighty varieties of meals.

We also cater for special diets and multicultural meals. Our meals are provided by “Food safety” approved contracted food suppliers. The nutritional standards of the supplied meals are audited by a certified dietitian.
